Drop Off Delivery
We will deliver your mattress/set or Power Base inside your front door, side door, or garage. No assembly of the power base or removal of an old mattress/set is included with this delivery.
Standard White Glove Delivery
With Our Standard White Glove Delivery, we will deliver and set up your new mattress/es in the room/s of your choice and remove the same number of pieces we deliver from those same rooms. This delivery includes 1 Electric base/s installed on the ground floor for each mattress delivered. Upper floor deliveries will add additional $20 to the cost of our standard White Glove Delivery. NOTE: For safety purposes, we do not remove or move metal or wooden bed frames, daybeds, futon frames or any other non-bedding items at the time of delivery. We will not remove any mattress that has human stains on it primarily blood, urine or sweat or pet urine stains.
Mattress sets that have been exposed for a lengthy time to the outside elements, bed bug infested mattresses, other insect infestations or any other problem with the mattress that renders it unsanitary will not be removed. We will not expose our delivery team to these dangers, or potentially infest the other deliveries on the truck. Delivery includes assembly of metal bed frames and placement of a mattress set purchased from Sleep Source onto that metal frame only. We will not attach to, assemble or move a HB, bed, or any other merchandise not purchased from the Company.
We are happy to haul away your old mattress, but that is the extent of our in home service. WE ARE, HOWEVER, UNABLE TO GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME. IF DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED DURING YOUR DELIVERY WINDOW AND THERE IS NO ONE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY, A DELIVERY FEE OF $99 WILL BE CHARGED PRIOR TO THE RE-DELIVERY.
Comfort Exchange Delivery
THIS IS YOUR ONLY AVAILABLE COMFORT EXCHANGE. YOUR NEW MATTRESS WILL NOT COME WITH ANY FURTHER EXCHANGES. Electric bases or Mattress Foundations are not eligible for a comfort exchange. Your Comfort Exchange delivery includes, setup of your new mattress or mattress set and the removal of the original mattress or mattress set that the Comfort Exchange is being scheduled for. We will not remove or exchange any mattress that has human stains on it primarily blood or urine or pet urine stains, mattress sets that have been exposed for a lengthy time to the outside elements, bed bug infested mattresses or other insect infestations.
We will not expose our delivery team to these dangers, or potentially infest the other deliveries on the truck. No additional mattress or mattress sets are included in this delivery. Any additional mattress or sets delivered at this time may require an additional delivery fee. At the time of delivery the mattress/s being returned for a Comfort exchange will be inspected by our delivery personnel. If the mattress/s are stained in any way, in an unsanitary condition, or the information tags have been removed from the mattress, the Comfort exchange will become void and no exchange will be made. The fee paid for this comfort exchange in the case of it being voided for the above reasons will be non refundable.
IF DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED DURING YOUR DELIVERY WINDOW AND THERE IS NO ONE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY, A RETURN DELIVERY FEE OF $99 WILL BE CHARGED PRIOR TO THE REDELIVERY.
